Swimming pools, Hot Spas, our famous Water Walker underwater treadmill and all the accessories needed to complete a simple home use pool for pets have been shipped worldwide, including to: Australia, Switzerland, New Caledonia, Japan, Dubai, Greece, Italy, Spain, Andorra, The Netherlands, Belgium, France, Ireland, USA, UK, Sweden, Norway, Iceland, Finland, Poland and Canada.

The equipment we offer is used widely in veterinary practices, veterinary universities, professional breeders, kennels and grooming centres.

Some of the first Westcoast Hydrotherapy’s pools are still in operation today, providing businesses with income, and dogs with warm clean water in which to exercise or relax in.

Here’s our story so far –

1988

Development of first hydrotherapy pool.

1992

The first Hot Spa
was developed for
the dog racing
industry to combat
muscle fatigue and
assist with muscle
repairs.

1990- 1995

Greyhound trainers in
England and Ireland saw
dogs returning from injury
in record breaking times.

1997

The Compact range of pools was
launched seeing more Boarding Kennels,
Grooming Centres and vets valuing
the benefits.

1998

Breeders, Boarding kennels
and vets started purchasing
pools.

2001

The world’s first two
day seminar on Hydrotherapy
was organised and run
by Westcoast.

1999

First Pool to Maryland, USA

2001

Westcoast’s first BSAVA
(British Small Animal
Veterinary Association)
Exhibition.

2001

First Underwater Treadmill
was developed and became
the MK 1 Water Walker launched
at Crufts Dog Show.

2002

First water walker
sent to Sweden.

2004

Mk 2 Water Walker Launched at BSAVA

2004

Worldwide interest
led to the first sale
of a Water Walker
Pool and Spa to a
customer in Tokyo.

2005

USA receives newly
launched MK2
Water Walker.

2006

Fibreglass Pool launched –
the first moulded pool with ramp
and resting platforms.

2014

Bilancio Underwater
Treadmill launched at London Vet Show.

2015

The Chill Pod
introduced for
Sports & Medical

2016

Hydrotherapy Pool with
Underwater treadmill

2016

Launch of the
Water Walker V3.

2019

Attended Crufts
