Delivery Policy

This policy only applies to products available for purchase via our website. This policy does not apply to large products such as our water walkers, pools, pumps or associated equipment.

Delivery is not included in the prices shown on the website. Delivery is calculated by weight and delivery address. For small packets we usually use Royal Mail. Larger parcels are sent by Courier.

Sometimes our web shop calculates excessively high delivery charges for Scotland, when this happens, we refund the difference at the same time as processing the order. If you live in Scotland you may prefer to telephone your order to ensure the correct postage is charged at the outset.

Purchases made from other countries will not display a delivery charge, we will contact you via email and provide you with a separate delivery cost, if the delivery cost is not acceptable to you we will provide you with a full refund.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 48hours of paid order. When goods or items are not currently in stock or made to order we will advise you of the anticipated dispatch date, if this date is not acceptable to you, we will immediately provide a full refund.

“In 2008 we added a
Westcoast Hydrotherapy
Water Walker to our Pool,
it has proved an
excellent decision as
the treadmill has been
totally reliable, easy to
use and well received
by clients”
