Our family-run business is built on delivering exceptional customer service. With this in mind here at Westcoast, we want to reassure you that we are taking all the precautions we can and are following the government’s advice carefully to keep our customers, employees, and community safe.
Whilst the office is now open, we have been operating with a very small staff for the previous 7 weeks since the lockdown began and we will need time to re-integrate the team back into work. We also have a significant backlog of requests to carry out site visits, service equipment, and complete installations over the last 7 weeks and again this is going to take time to work through. We are prioritising breakdowns, so if your business is closed due to equipment failure please do call or email with details of your problem.
Please be assured we will always place everyone’s, including our colleague’s health and welfare above all other considerations and I hope that we can rely on everyone’s support as we discover the ‘new normal’
