Covid-19 Statement

We have taken the regretful decision to not undertake any site visits, services or installations until the current national lockdown restrictions are lifted. We are of course available on the phone and via email to offer support and advice during this time.

Our family-run business is built on delivering exceptional customer service. With this in mind here at Westcoast Hydrotherapy, we want to reassure you that we are taking all the precautions we can and are following the government’s advice carefully to keep our customers, employees, and community safe.

The office is open, so if you have any questions then please contact us.

Please be assured we will always place everyone’s, including our colleague’s health and welfare above all other considerations and we hope that we can rely on everyone’s support.

For those of you with hydrotherapy equipment who wish to have specific advice regarding opening your hydrotherapy pool, Water Walker, Spa, or Ice Bath, please email your questions to info@westcoasthydrotherapy.co.uk and your query will be passed to an engineer who will contact you.
